401 Unauthorized error for new sandbox account, no confirmation email

Hello,

I signed up for a sandbox access yesterday, however I never received the email address verification email. As such all API I try to use answer with InvalidAccountStatus.

I used the same email for the discuss access and I immediately received the “email address verification email”. Is there a way to resend that email for the API access?

Sorry for the troubles @bmarket! I located your Sandbox account and deactivated it on our end. Can you please reattempt the Sandbox account signup at: https://accounts-sandbox.dwolla.com/

After signing up, keep an eye out on your inbox and spam folder for that “verify email” email. Please let us know if you continue to run into issues and we’ll work on getting this resolved asap!
