Acct suspended - help!

I’ve been trying since Friday to get a response via email on how to fix my suspended account, but am not getting a reply. I need to get this fixed ASAP. Can someone help?

Our support team regularly monitors emails on that address, and would love to help you sort it out! Just an email with the above message would suffice, as they only need your email address to check up on your account.
