We recently switched over to using dwolla-web.js, specifically to add a funding source. As soon as we added the micro-deposit option, the funding source is correctly added to dwolla but the user is presented with the following error:

[404] Error connecting to the API ([https://api.dwolla.com/funding-sources/micro-deposits](https://api.dwolla.com/funding-sources/micro-deposits))

What is interesting is the micro-deposits are initiated on your side, as you can verify by looking at this funding source:

2ceac7e1-a18e-4228-84c9-f1853ac957f2

Any ideas on how we can get this fixed?

Hi @Kevin_Lott!

It looks like the call is being made from the PHP library and not the frontend dwolla-web.js library. The endpoint is missing a funding-source ID which is why the call is failing.

We’d recommend extracting the error message from response of the API request and handling that error and displaying a different error message to the user. In this case though, the error message wouldn’t make sense to display to the user since it isn’t a user error.

I see the issue, the success called twice now with 2 different resource links. One with micro-deposits on the end, the other without. We parsed the resource link to extract the account ID, it was at the end of the link, and now with the second call it is in the middle and we were trying to store the account twice. We use the ID to look up the status via a backend call before storing it to our DB.
