We’re trying to get our account set up. We’ve submitted all the relevant information/KYC and completed the requested questionnaire, but now everything has gone quiet.

We’re also unable to confirm the email address on the main system. It just keeps looping.

Not a good first impression so far. Bill.com is pricey, but at least it works!

Hey @pstancer, apologies for the delay in response after submitting your info! I’m round tripping with our internal app review team to see what the status may be. I’ll follow up shortly as soon as I know more!

And what about the email-verification cycle of doom?
