Business classificaton sandbox and production

Hi, Kindly help with below.

1. Will the Industry classification id’s be jthe same between sandbox and production? We intend to filter down to a specific subset of Business/Industry Classification for our application. Want to make sure, that the master set of id’s we setup in our application database masters(which we get by calling the business classification endpoint) while developing using sandbox remain the same once into production.
2. Is there a option to skip the mandatory industry classification field for our app? Or, a provision to make it “Other-pls specific” on the Industry classification?

Hi @Rameez_Abdul_Huq,

1. Yes, the Industry Classification ID will remain the same in Sandbox and Production.
2. The Industry Classification ID is a required field. I’m afraid it cannot be skipped. The user should pick the option that best fits their business.
