# Can a customer be of type business and personal both?

Hi Apoorva – Did you want to create Verified Customers of type `business` and `personal`? If so, we have step-by-step guides for creating those Customer types!

If you were instead looking to create Unverified Customers of type business, then you can simply supply a `businessName` along with their `firstName`, `lastName`, and `email` when creating the Customer.
