So what If I want to reuse my account and want to enter date of birth again?
Hi @Megha_Kmphasis – did you mean updating the DOB in the Main Dwolla Account or for a Verified Customer account?
In both cases, the account would have to be placed in a
retry status in order to submit all of the information again. You’d have to reach out to Dwolla to have the account be placed in
retry if it isn’t already.
