Clarification needed for Creating a Customer with non-US resident postalcode

Hello,

As we’re currently creating a personal verified customer for both US, and Non-US Residents. But we’re always ended up getting an exception as Postal code should be 5 digits. How we can address this by allowing to enter a postal code with alphanumeric character, and above 5 digits.

Environment: Sandbox account

At this time, Dwolla does not allow Customers to be created that are not U.S. residents, though we do allow Controllers and Beneficial Owners to be non-U.S. residents, if assigned to a Business Verified Customer.

As outlined on this page,

Customers can only be US persons. Business Verified Customers may have non-US Controllers or Beneficial Owners.
