Hello, I have a customer 55a690c2-c39c-487d-b76c-bad1d469d73d and I have uploaded the document. It is showing as reviewed in your system, but the customer is still in the “Document” state. What are my next steps about this?
Also, for 097acd1d-f136-4f99-8b5e-6396c2ecdb96 I’m getting an error that the document is not an ID card. Which is not the case. How do I requrest a review for this?
