I need to downgrade my company’s payment plan from Scale to Launch, and I have questions about how this impacts our pricing, service levels, and the integration that we already have in place.
I read the pricing page on the website, but I found it a little confusing, so would like to get some further explanation on what our costs would look like.
Also, we already have a working integration with the Dwolla API. Is there anything about switching plans that would change how that integration works?
