  • In sandbox enviornment if the customer status is set to document and the customer link contains “verify with controller and documents”
    then if i upload sucess document for controller only then the whole customer verified but I assume that the only controller part is verified yet and still business documents needs to be uploaded.

How can i test this in sandbox ?

  • suppose if i create customer with sole priorpertishop and the customer is in incomplete status then can i give option to change business type to corporation to same customer ?

Hi @jinku8work!

Unfortunately we do not support this functionality at this time.

In order to change a business type from sole proprietor to corporation on an already created BVC, you would have to deactivate the originally created BVC and create a BVC with the correct information. BVCs that are not sole proprietors require additional information and a controller.
