# Dwolla customer ID after Plaid Authentication

I’m using Dwolla with Plaid integration. I have implemented up to getting Plaid processor\_token for Dwolla. But after then in order to get the funding source URL for the customer we have to send a request to  
[https://api-sandbox.dwolla.com/customers/{cutomer\_id}/funding-sources](https://api-sandbox.dwolla.com/customers/%7Bcutomer_id%7D/funding-sources)

How can I find this cutomer\_id?

I tried creating a new customer. But the response of creating a new customer does not seem to return the customer id. Can you please help to understand what I’m missing here?

Hi @kulakshi.fiverr

After creating a customer, the customer id can be found in the `location` header. The link would look something like:

`https://api-sandbox.dwolla.com/customers/9e9c96cb-9d09-4fcc-9da3-41a60e15eab2`

With `9e9c96cb-9d09-4fcc-9da3-41a60e15eab2` being the customer id
