Hi @RussianPupok_Pupok

If the other app is under your Dwolla Client account, then the expectation is to receive the duplicate error message. For example, in my Dwolla sandbox dashboard I have a `Main` app and a `secondary` app. If I create a customer with the email `123@email.com` in Main and then create a customer with the same email `123@email.com` in my `secondary` app, then the error will be triggered.

However, if `123@email.com` is used by a different Dwolla Client, let’s say you, you can create a customer using email `123@email.com` with no problem. Let me know if that helps!
