Hi @Kajal_Gupta – Dwolla is not HIPAA-compliant. However, since we do not require any health information to be collected for creating Customers and transactions, you should still be able to use Dwolla’s payment API in your Healthcare applications.
If you would like to use Dwolla’s services in the healthcare industry, we would require you to attest that you will not send us electronic Protected Health Information (ePHI).
