The image above explains the return codes and description for bank account failures. Return Code “R-03-Late” specifies in the description that the funding source will be removed from Dwolla when this return code is triggered. However, that is NOT the case as you may see on the following screenshot:https://drive.google.com/a/acklenavenue.com/file/d/0B4i5qeLtUczdczV5NDhvM1Nwd1E/view?usp=sharing. Instead, the status being displayed is “Failed Info R01 - Insufficient Funds” which doesn’t correspond to R-03-Late.

I tried to test this out and it looks as if this is a bug in our Sandbox environment. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Our development team is investigating and I will update you when it is resolved!
