However, you are missing a few more steps to the process. From my understanding, your application is looking to facilitate a disbursement between a business and other end-users. Please let me know if that is incorrect. It appears that you have the sending party setup and ready to create an ACH debit from their bank account. The next step would be setting up Receive-only Users and attaching bank accounts to those users via the Dwolla API. Each recipient would need to be onboarded via the API prior to initiating the disbursement.
