I have sent an email out to the support email but I haven’t gotten a response since Monday. 29a877b4-8387-4f3a-8f45-b613b99a6b46 The funds are pending. We have the id and no way of uploading it for your verification. ---

Hi @onboarding , It looks like the Customer account is in a `document` status and needs to upload an ID for verification. Do you have this function built out within your app to enable the end-user to upload a document to Dwolla [via the API](https://developers.dwolla.com/docs/balance/api-reference/documents/create-document-for-customer) or [drop-in components](https://developers.dwolla.com/docs/drop-in-components#document-upload)? If not, is there anything we can do to assist with getting it securely sent to Dwolla for verification? ---
