# Error while implementing IVA flow

Hello,  
Greetings for the day!

I am using IAV flow for verification and used given demo code for it. But i am getting error as mentioned below. I have mentioned steps also which which I have performed.

Error: {“code”:“CommunicationError”,“message”:“Unable to communicate with iframe. Serving this page over `https` instead of `file` should fix the problem.”} – Response: undefined

1. Created personal verified customer
2. Got iav-token for that customer
3. Implemented js code according to this `https://developers.dwolla.com/resources/funding-source-verification/instant-account-verification.html`

Hi @Rinkal_Gohel, would you be able to share some more information about your app or some additional code? is this a web app or mobile app with dwolla.js loaded within a WebView on a mobile browser? Looking at the recommended action from the error message, have you confirmed the page is loaded over https and not http or file?

Thank you so much for your quick reply.

it is a simple html file, in which I am adding js code of IVA flow. I am attaching file here.

I have some other questions also, listed below.

1. can you please share the details or screenshot of the form which we have to fill during IAV flow or plaid verification.
2. can we transfer money to other countries or it is for US only?
3. can you please share pricing for dwolla ? is there any fees while transferring money?
