Hi, our app is facilitating payment from Verified Customer (Personal) to a Remittance Company/MSB (Verified Customer - Business).
Just want to validate if we are still required to display the end-user Dwolla balance for this use case.

I did a quick CTRL + F of the integration guide that is given to all Clients integrating the Dwolla API for production and found the following:
" All Dwolla Clients are required to display a VCR’s balance within the UI"
