# Fees are not supported for this type of transaction

On my platform I am planning on charging customers for faster Deposits and Withdraws into/out of their balance. However in the sandbox when I tried to add a facilitator fee to the transaction it said “Fees are not supported for this type of transaction”. Would this feature be available in production?

Hi @Matthew_Ballan – we don’t support charging facilitator-fees on Me-to-Me transfers. Fees can only be charged on transfers between two parties.
