In sandbox, during business wallet setup with type "Corporation / LLCs / Partnerships, LP's, LLP's", beneficial owner is getting into document status always

In sandbox, during business wallet setup with type “Corporation / LLCs / Partnerships, LP’s, LLP’s”, after opting and entering all valid details in beneficial owner, document required status is getting generated for beneficial owner always

Hi @ali-cygnet, are you perhaps passing “document” as the value for firstName for all beneficial owners? That’s how the document status is simulated in the Sandbox for beneficial owners. If that’s not the case, please let us know and also share some example customer IDs.
