Invalid Funds Flow:

We are a new customer of Dwolla and coming out of the sandbox. We are receiving the following error while transferring between customer accounts (e.g., sending from an unverified customer bank to a verified customer bank). But we are receiving the following error - “Invalid Funds Flow: this operation requires the funds flow ‘Receive’ to be enabled” We have already reached out to our Customer Excellence Manager, but given its the weekend, hoping to find someone else in the team to help us with this.

Hi @bonfiredao , It sounds like you’re approved for the facilitation funds flow, but you may be also trying to collect funds from your end-users (possibly for a different use case?). Please contact your Customer Excellence Manger, or email support@dwolla.com and our CX team can investigate further!
