And specifically, for WordPress, if different?

I worked in ACH some years ago, and have been looking at the docs as the Project Manager and Business Analyst, but can’t quite puzzle out…

I think the workflow to creating ACH transactions, is something like:
Create Customer
Create Account
Create Transfer?

What I have is an Affiliate system, and an existing WordPress plugin for making payout transactions via Stripe, and want to start with an MVP for replacing Stripe with Dwolla.

Any guidance is appreciated, and TIA.
