I was recently poking around the launchpad page, and I noticed that I was not able to delete any owners from the list when verifying my account. I asked support about this and they told me to discuss it here. I also tried this on different browsers and the same problem occurred.
Is this on your production or sandbox dashboard?
It is on the production dashboard
This still is not fixed, so can you just delete all the owners I put down so I can start over?
