Login Failed - Account Suspended

Hi.

I’m unable to login into my Dwolla account. When I attempt to login, I get the following message: This account has been suspended and cannot be logged into at this time. For help, please contact support@dwolla.com.

I emailed support@dwolla.com a while ago, but did not receive any response. Could someone take a look?

Dwolla business hours are Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm CT (excluding holidays). Someone should be with you shortly.

Hi @nash_d – Your Transfer account was suspended as part of “Transfer” product windown on 6/3/2020 5:41 PM. Dwolla is no longer supports “Transfer”.

It looks like the last transfer on your account was in 4/1/2013 4:02 PM
which was a withdrawal of your total balance to your BoA bank account which was successfully processed.
