Don’t have an account? Sign up… or so it says…

The “sign up” link goes to: [https://www.dwolla.com/Payment/Register/d94d8daa-7536-4c87-844e-fe49b803e8fd](https://www.dwolla.com/Payment/Register/d94d8daa-7536-4c87-844e-fe49b803e8fd) (I peeked)  
**but** when I click it or enter it manually in my address bar, it kicks me back to login. What gives?
