For each unverified customer:
1.) what is the default limit on the total number of funding sources.
2.) what’s the limit on bank funding sources per unverified user?
3.) what’s the limit on debit funding sources per unverified user?
Last question, is there a formal process to raise these limits for all unverified customers we serve?
Hi @Derek_McCreight – the limit for all funding-sources (bank or card) for Unverified Customers is a maximum of 6 with the default of 2.
To increase the limit in Production, you can reach out to our Customer Excellence team at firstname.lastname@example.org with your Dwolla production account email in the email body, and they can get the limit updated!
