Can you guys help me understand why this customer account was deactivated?

The business is indicating that transaction 0b510f65-9e40-f111-ac7e-0a27ad48efdb was canceled because the account was deactivated. But it seems like it might be the other way around, that the transaction was canceled manually from their end and therefore the account was deactivated. Can you help me with understanding what happened?

Hi @Stephen_Galbo , it looks like this end-user was deactivated systematically by Dwolla upon receiving an ACH return code. As referenced in our documentation, there are certain ACH return codes that trigger systematic actions to occur. (e.g., R29 - Corporate Customer Advises Not Authorized, or R11 - Entry Not in Accordance with Terms of Authorization).
To determine the exact sequence of events and root cause for this specific account, please reach out to Dwolla Support directly and they’d be happy to provide more details on how to remediate!
