what is the procedure Dwolla is using for transcation failure cases, any mail or invoice dwolla will send to customer?
Hi @Preeti_gupta – Yes, we send transaction failure emails to the Customer. You can find more details in this doc - Dwolla operational notifications | Dwolla API Documentation
We also send the related webhooks to your subscribed URL for you to run any business logic off of it.
I have created customers and done payments in dwolla sandbox account. But not getting any mail from dwolla side and failed payment cases also but not getting any mail
Hi @Preeti_gupta – ah, we do not send operational notifications in Sandbox. It is requirement in Production though!
