PIN requirement

I’m using the oauth+Send method to allow our customers to pay us. The flow is working for most users, but in some cases i get an error ‘Invalid account PIN’ when I attempt the transaction->send().
I’m confused about when I need a customer PIN and when I don’t. Is it dependent on which funding source I attempt to send from? Am I supposed to prompt the user their PIN before I attempt to Send()?

@Michael_Schultz Assuming you’re using API v1, there’s a catalog endpoint that tells you whether you need to collect the PIN from the user and pass it along: https://docs.dwolla.com/#catalog

If you don’t need to use a PIN, there will be a “sendWithoutPin” link.
