# Problem with Transfer Fees

I am trying to do a transfer with the transfer API like this: (python)

```auto
{  
   'amount':{  
      'currency':'USD',
      'value':'6.68'
   },
   '_links':{  
      'source':{  
         'href': u'https://api-sandbox.dwolla.com/funding-sources/6df15344-2667-471c-ad82-a438c7f04aa7'
      },
      'destination':{  
         'href': u'https://api-sandbox.dwolla.com/accounts/c4d1e213-00d0-405f-8057-fe0ee283f807'
      }
   },
   'fees':[  
      {  
         'amount':{  
            'currency':'USD',
            'value':'1'
         },
         '_links':{  
            'charge-to':{  
               'href':u'https://api-sandbox.dwolla.com/accounts/09bf290d-fc8f-45eb-b1e1-344dbb5cfe6e'
            }
         }
      }
   ]
}

```

And am getting an error dwollav2.error.ValidationError:

```auto
{  
   "code":"ValidationError",
   "message":"Validation error(s) present. See embedded errors list for more details.",
   "_embedded":{  
      "errors":[  
         {  
            "code":"Invalid",
            "message":"Unable to charge fee to specified destination.",
            "path":"fees/_links/charge-to/href",

            }
         }
      ]
   }
}

```

The transaction works without the fees object.
