Queued notifications

I have two customers who have created business verified accounts (that part worked well). When I look at their accounts in Dwolla I see several “notifications” all with a delivery status of Queued. These look like they are emails that should have been sent to the customers, but haven’t been yet.

What do I need to do to enable them to be sent?
