Retry verification for Business with Controller in Sandbox

Hi all,

My team has this case on the sandbox environment, I create a Business with Controller (with retry status), and the Controller is an Canadian. So Controller’s country is Canada and required passport data.
But when I update info to retry for this customer, Dwolla requires to submit full SSN for this customer.

Can you help me for this situation?

Hi @HuyTa – in the retry attempt, were you passing a passport object in the request body instead of the ssn? That should let you go through! We require at least either an ssn or a passport object in order to get a controller verified.
