Dwolla, I attempted to call and email with no response. We are facing a sender restricted from me to another organization on our iOS App. Can you help us? Hi @Jeffrey_Rosales – I am seeing two accounts under your email, 1. a Business Verified Customer with the ID - `7c8a14c5-f74f-4258-92c6-9c1ac3a51c05`. This account hasn’t [certified beneficial ownership](https://developers.dwolla.com/docs/balance/business-verified-customer/certify-beneficial-ownership) yet. You’d need to [add and verify beneficial owners](https://developers.dwolla.com/docs/balance/business-verified-customer/add-beneficial-owners) if there exists anyone who owns 25% or more of the company. Do you have the beneficial ownership flow built out in your app? 2. another is a Personal Verified Customer with the ID - `169b8692-1fb7-4bde-83f4-e6c339b62a51 `. this account is in a `deactivated` status. Let us know if one of these was the account you were trying to use to create a transfer, and if you have any questions or need any help! ---

Thank you Shreya! It’s a pleasure to e-meet you ma’am. I have included my technical and operations team for additional comms. No, we have not created a flow for certified beneficial ownership and verifying beneficial ownership, but the dwolla support team just told us that a few minutes ago. We plan to integrate that API by Monday in the app. My focus is to make sure there are no more barriers to entry for our large small business community so we can get them up and running without additional comms between us and you guys. ---
