Suspended account

My account was suspended and my billing sources removed why did this happen?

I have done that hours before I came down here . My acct was completely verified except api cause I didn’t need it as a PAYG customer so why would my account be suspended because I did a transaction?

I wasn’t given a reason for my account being suspended it’s just doesn’t make sense to me and support takes forever there’s no phone line to even call. This is very poor
