Testing customer_transfer_failed webhook

Hey @jmtichell hope your week is going well.
Our team actually wrote a piece on how to test this webhook in the sandbox. It will involve creating a negative balance for your Customer and then trying to initiate a bank transfer from that Customer.
Funds will be used to recuperate funds of this negative balance and will not be pushed to another bank funding source.
