Is there a way to force a re-authentication flow for a funding source in the sandbox environment?
We’re planning to enable balance verification for transfers above a certain amount.
Before enabling this in production, we’d like to test the entire flow by triggering the customer_exchange_reauth_required webhook in non-prod.
Is there a supported way to simulate this?
Hi @davidsonsns – we unfortunately do not have a way to manually trigger re-authentication on a Plaid Open Banking verified bank account currently. The only way it happens in Sandbox, as it stands right now, is when auth naturally expires on the bank account, which is after 1-2 months of verification.
