Hello, I faced with the problem when I make a transfer between dwolla balance and customer balance and if customer does not have enough funds I get the error with code “InsufficientFunds” but don’t get a webhook with fail transfer topic or something else. Could you please explain why this happens

Thanks

Hi @Andrey_Belov – whenever you’re creating a transfer from a Dwolla Balance funding-source, the API checks the balance and results in an error on the API level itself. It never creates a transfer resource, which is why you aren’t getting a webhook for `*_transfer_failed`. This webhook is only sent if a transfer resource was created, but later failed due to an ACH return.

You can simulate ACH returns in the Sandbox by following this doc - [Getting started in the sandbox | Dwolla API Documentation](https://developers.dwolla.com/guides/sandbox#test-bank-transfer-failures)
