When I query the API, I’m getting two nearly identical transfers for each apparent payment. One includes the “source-funding-source” and “destination-funding-source”, while the other does not.
Is this supposed to happen?
Hi @Tim_Hawkins, this sounds like a payment either from your Master Account or one of your Verified Customers. This is expected of a transfer originating from an account that can hold a Balance funding-source. The two transactions are a result of how the funds flow in the Dwolla network.
Example: Transfer of funds from a Verified Customer (VC) to an Unverified Customer (UC).
Leg 1: Funds transfer from the VC's Bank to Balance
Leg 2: Funds transfer from the VC's Balance to UC's Bank
