Unable to login to account

I have lost my dwello account password. I tried to reset it but I just get a email saying ’ Reset Request Unsuccessful’. I know its the right email because i have welcome to dwolla sandbox email. is there a different login for the sandbox then https://accounts.dwolla.com/login?
