I have a sandbox customer id 3745f324-7da9-4e78-b435-fb1a79f065c5 in DOCUMENT mode. I tried uploading a document, but its stuck in Pending mode. How can I trigger the customer to be in VERIFIED state?

Hi @lucio , If you want to simulate transitioning a verified Customer with a document status to verified in the Sandbox, you’ll need to upload a test document as outlined in the Testing in the Sandbox resource article.
Please note: sample test documents can be uploaded in the Sandbox environment to simulate the customer_verification_document_approved and customer_verification_document_failed events.
