I have an app which transfer money between users using Dwolla API. I want to know:
“When using ACH and Mass Payment, what is the transaction details will appear on the user’s bank account statement?”
Hi @Vinh_Phan_Tan – The bank line will display the company name on your Dwolla account as well as a randomly generated ID by Dwolla called an ‘individualACHId’. If there is a ‘preferred name’ (Doing Business As name) entered on your account this should display on the bank line item in lieu of your registered business name. We don’t fully control what each financial institution will display on a bank line so it may vary from bank to bank. There may also be truncated or duplicated text based on how the bank displays the data we send them. This applies to all transactions, including ones created via masspayments.
