`400 Bad request` on linkTokenCreate at prod

Hi! I’m getting 400 Bad Request error on linkTokenCreate endpoint at production
Request ID k4V6K6HFdqJQ4qG

Unfortunately logs do not show details. The same code base works on the sandbox environment as expected.

Could you pleas provide a clue what could be the reason.

Hi @Dmitry_Ostromogilski – did you mean you are attempting to call Plaid’s token endpoint? If so, I’m afraid I wouldn’t be able to help out much. I did find this in their docs that might be helpful to reference:

Verify that all field names being provided to /link/token/create match the schema for that endpoint. In particular, when migrating from Link tokens, note that some field names have changed between those used for Link token style Link configuration and those used as parameters for /link/token/create.

I’d recommend reaching out to Plaid’s support team with the above details you shared if you need further assistance.
