Personal type customers to the company business account

are there any possibilities of adding Personal type customers to the company account?

it’s possible to add personal type customers to Dwolla personal account but to the company account, API responds to this error

but when I tried to create a Receive-Only type customer using the same credentials, the request was processed successfully, the customer has been created.
