When accessing our Live/Production account there is a tab under Applications that allow webhook configuration,
But we don’t see that option in the Sandbox:

To get to the webhooks configuration option, you’ll want to remove -legacy from the URL. https://dashboard-sandbox.dwolla.com/applications. Let us know if you aren’t able to see your webhook event logs after navigating to that URL!
