I have used the documentation to create an endpoint for my app for generating iav tokens for my users to add their bank. Everything was working fine I was able to make calls to generate the tokens. I deployed it to a firebase cloud function and now it doesn’t work

ok thank you so much It turns out this error was caused by my hosting provider blocking external network connections. It was solved by enabling my endpoint to make external network requests. It was not a problem with dwolla but the error dwolla offered made it hard to diagnose.
