Deactivating Dev ID (Current Suspended)


Can you please deactivate the following customer ID in the sandbox environment?

The user is currently suspended.

The Customer has been deactivated. We needed to un-suspend them in order to deactivate. So, feel free to suspend them again.

We have to ask the support team to un-suspend our sandbox customers each time? Is there a way to filter out suspended accounts?

As of right now, yes. However, you can deactivate and reactivate yourself with this call.
