Difference between transfer_completed and bank_transfer_completed webhooks

I receive both webhooks…

@SnapExit, bank_transfer_completed represents money clearing to the Dwolla network from a bank account OR money clearing to a bank account from the Dwolla network. transfer_completed typically represents money completing within the Dwolla network to the destination party.
