When I view a Transaction details in the Sandbox, there is no TraceId displayed.
According to https://www.dwolla.com/updates/trace-id-payment-tracking/ when I view a transaction, under the TransactionId I should see the ACH Details with the trace Ids.
When I look in my sandbox account, there is no ACH Details displayed for any any transactions
Hi @peter.kerr – sorry for the confusion! Trace IDs are actually is only available in Production since we don’t run real bank transfer processing in Sandbox. I do see that the blog post has examples of the Sandbox environment though, sorry for the confusion! I’ll report back to the respective teams about it to avoid further confusion!
