Context/Background (reuired beneficial owner) : While our application user is trying to add a beneficial owner, the user could be adding , editing or deleting the Beneficial owner (similar to the dwolla drop in components - we have provided a form for this) . Lets say the user submitted 3 beneficial owners - there could be a scenario where the user may want to delete the 3rd beneficial owner that was entered by mistake and it is in “incomplete” status.
I understand , that dwolla does not let delete a non-verified beneficial owner, unless it is verified. Why cant we delete a record in this status - it could have been wrong addition by the user, and we want to present a opportunity for him to delete the record?
Hi @Rameez_Abdul_Huq, you should be able to DELETE a beneficial owner in any status, incomplete, document or verified. Are you encountering issues deleting them? Let us know what errors you are seeing!
